Shelving

Inter-Lock No Bolt Shelving is among the most rigid type available. It boasts a high capacity load rating on it's shelves which are made from 18 gauge cold-rolled steel and have double folds on all four sides.

Installation is made simple by the use of four heavy duty clips per shelf. The shelves are adjusted on 2" centres to make levels more adjustable to the size of your SKU's

There are two main types of shelving: 

• Open Type which uses bracing on both sides and  back
• Closed type which uses two one piece spot welded panels for the sides, and a solid panel for the back

Main Features:

• Inter-Lock design saves up to 80% of installation time
• Shelves are 18 gauge steel with a 600 lb capacity ( 36" W ) 350 lb capacity ( 48" W )
• Extra shelves may be added to standard units
• Shelves are adjustable on 2" centres
• Reinforcement bars can be bolted inside the front and back lip of the shelves to increase the capacity by 300 lbs
• All shelving is shipped knocked down to save freight
• An integrated drawer system can be added at a later date to maximize your storage space
